Refund policy
Online customers have a 30 day cooling off period after receiving the goods, within which they may cancel the order and be issued with a refund (for purchased items only, shipping cost is not refunded).
Customers must inform us of their wish to cancel in writing (email is fine) within this period.
Customers have every right to inspect the goods for suitability as they would reasonably be allowed to in any shop. Whilst the removal of items from packaging for the purpose of inspection is fair and reasonable, customers are reminded that they too have a duty of care and must take adequate steps to look after the goods.
Hornsea England will not collect unwanted goods and will not pay to have them returned. Goods should be returned in the packaging they were sent in and utilising any packaging materials originally provided, or failing that, in comparable packaging that might reasonably be expected to protect the items from damage during transit.
